HR Administrator
People & Change Department, Dublin
Five Month Fixed Term Contract

Reporting to the HR Business Partner Team, the HR Administrator is responsible for supporting a diverse range of HR administration matters covering the full employee life-cycle.  This role is a key part of the People & Change Team with a focus on delivering administrative HR support to the HRBP Team and their assigned business departments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:

Assisting with the preparation, compilation and submission of Manpower Control Group (MCG)  business cases
Liaising with the wider recruitment team to track the progress of recruitment activity
Working with HRBPs and the HR Operations/Compensation and Benefits Team to ensure that all new hires (including internal transferees/promotions) are placed in correct posts and appropriate instructions are sent to relevant stakeholders
Assisting HRBPs with data collection and bespoke report production 
Ensuring that relevant HRBP information and filing systems are up-to-date
Assisting in the tracking and progression of work streams between AskHR, HRBPs and Central HR Teams
Processing and communicating information related to HR Operations processes
Providing HRBP support in respect of project work, restructuring initiatives and case management as may be appropriate
In conjunction with HRBPs, working with Rostering and Ops Support Teams in local business areas to improve processes and communication flows and encouraging the resolution of payroll queries at local level 
If necessary, attending meetings on behalf of HRBP in order to provide information and capture action items
Providing general administrative support for the HRBP team and assisting with all general HR duties

To be considered for the role of HR Administrator, candidates must meet the following:

Essential Criteria:

Proven  administrative experience in a similar role 
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point and Excel) 
Excellent attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, organisation skills and commitment to confidentiality
Comfortable working on own initiative as well as part of a team
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Eligible to live and work in the EU
Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport
Provide 3 verifiable references
Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5 year background check* (or be in possession of a current airside pass for the airport this position is based in)
Possess and be able to demonstrate the key competencies and skills outlined below

*If you are a non Irish Citizen, you will need to be in possession of a current police disclosure certificate from your home country. If you have lived outside the Republic of Ireland for more than 6 months you will also be required to hold a current police disclosure certificate from that country/countries 

Key Competencies/Skills Required: 

Ability to multi-task in and work to tight deadlines 
Strong interpersonal skills, especially good written and verbal communication skills 
Flexible and diligent approach to work

Desirable Experience

Experience of working in HR in a large organisation 
CIPD Qualification or working towards same
Basic knowledge of employment law
