Are you interested in growing your career with Ireland’s only 4 star airline? We are looking for a Network Management Analyst to join our growing Network Management Team. We are a highly focussed team that evaluates new opportunities and optimises the capacity on the Aer Lingus network. Based in Dublin Airport and reporting to the Head of Network Management, you will have responsibility for supporting the proactive management of short-to-medium term capacity (12 to 18 months) across the network and optimising route profitability. You will support & realise opportunities to use schedule, gauge, partnerships and airports to optimise performance of the network

Work collaboratively across the Network and Joint Business team to ensure that Partners, Schedule and Airport considerations are reflected in the day to day management of the network
Review network performance and identify opportunities for improvements. As opportunities arise, construct commercial models to support business cases to gain approval for capacity & network management in the short-to-medium term
Responsible for producing and analysing key network management reports and information including, but not limited to, capacity & market outlook, QSI modelling and network connectivity reports.
Measure commercial performance in the context of market share developments
Reporting and tracking of commercial performance and competitor intelligence
Develop a relationship with the Corporate Strategy & Schedules Planning teams to ensure two-way feedback and alignment between the current season performance and the strategic plans for the future
Ad-hoc analysis, reporting and presentation of materials to support wider planning organisation
Supporting input for regular Executive Committee updates on network performance and plans
Your qualifications & key criteria:
Experience extracting clear and actionable insights, conclusions & actions from data
Proficient in all Microsoft applications with particular emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to craft insightful presentations and documents and present them in a compelling way
Strong business and commercial acumen
Proactive, can do approach with excellent problem solving skills
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and time management
Ability to craft insightful presentations and documents and present them in a compelling way
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Eligible to live and work in the EU
Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport
Provide 3 verifiable references
Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5 year back ground check* or be in possession of a current airside pass for the airport this position is based in
Possess and be able to demonstrate the key competencies and skills outlined below
*If you are a non Irish Citizen, you will need to be in possession of a current police disclosure certificate from your home country. If you have lived outside the Republic of Ireland for more than 6 months you will also be required to hold a current police disclosure certificate from that country/countries
Previous experience in airport/airline planning departments an advantage
