Digital Quality Assurance Department - Dublin

Are you interested in growing your career with Ireland’s only 4 star airline? We are looking for a Senior Test Lead to join our growing Digital Quality Assurance team in Dublin.  Reporting to the Digital Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the quality of products across the Aer Lingus digital channels.
Lead the delivery streams of the Quality Assurance function within Digital &Mobile projects, manage test leads to ensure the Quality Assurance teams are following consistent processes, are appropriately resourced and  budgets are being reviewed


Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:
Lead a team of approximately twenty five individuals across multiple locations, directing resources to deliver high performance and high availability products that exceed the organisational quality standards.
Recognise and promote the development of new principles and concepts within the D&M Technology organization.
Work with the Digital QA Manager to plan and submit annual and five year budgets and then track and manage teams to these budgets.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across the business
Accountable for ensuring teams are delivering on strategic process improvements to maintain quality while optimising cost and time to market
Manage quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Responsible for cross functional communication, openness, honesty and ensuring constructive resolution of issues
Responsible for establishing an environment where the team receives consistent and constructive feedback on performance and guidance to complete activities
Identify the needs of customers, both internal and external, making these the primary focus; and develop and sustain productive customer relationships
Promote environment of learning within team and sets up systems/processes to support this learning
Contributes to and able to articulate a compelling and motivating vision for the future of the business and commits to a course of action.
Supporting with the Digital QA Manager in leading the change from a legacy organisation into the future while maintain standards and improving time to market metric

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Eligible to live and work in the EU
Current unrestricted worldwide passport
Be in possession or be able to obtain an airside security pass

*If you are a non Irish Citizen, you will need to be in possession of a current police disclosure certificate from your home country. If you have lived outside the Republic of Ireland for more than 6 months you will also be required to hold a current police disclosure certificate from that country/countries
