We are currently seeking applications for the role of HR Programme Manager within our People and Change (HR) team, located in our Head Office in Dublin Airport. The role will report to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness. The HR Programme Manager will play an important role in delivering upon the function’s strategic priorities including systems enhancements, process transformation and change management.

Understanding the current HR systems landscape and related business challenges
Identifying key stakeholders and gathering requirements
Developing and maintaining a programme plan encompassing multiple projects and workstreams including technical, functional, testing, change management
Monitoring project deliverables (milestones, financial, other) using appropriate tools
Identifying interdependencies, cross-functional issues and actively driving decisions
Identifying risks and issues and proposing mitigating actions
Managing and controlling project budgets
Managing project resources to ensure successful project delivery
Developing and implementing standardised project/programme management process/methodology and support tools and embedding these in the Programme
Managing stakeholders throughout the programme delivery ensuring there is a robust change management plan in place
Your qualifications & key criteria:
Strong experience working as a project / programme manager with an in depth understanding of the end to end project and programme lifecycle
Experience engaging with stakeholders of all levels within an organisation
Proficient in MS Office suite particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent numerical and organisational skills, with a high degree of accuracy/attention to detail
Results focused and solution driven and therefore highly developed problem and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
Inquisitive, self-motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude to change
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work under pressure to strict deadlines
Ability to exercise outstanding initiative and follow through
Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the challenges facing the airline industry
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Eligible to live and work in the EU
Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport
Provide 2 verifiable references
Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5 year back ground
check* or be in possession of a current airside pass for the airport this position is based in
Possess and be able to demonstrate the key competencies and skills outlined below
*If you are a non-Irish Citizen, you will need to be in possession of a current police disclosure certificate from your home country. If you have lived outside the Republic of Ireland for more than 6 months you will also be required to hold a current police disclosure certificate from that country/countries
Experience working with HR systems, in particular Talentsoft and Resourcelink
Experience working within HR or with HR teams with an understanding of common processes and procedures
Experience working within an airline
