Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience the Product Owner (Booking) sits within the product management group, and plays a key role in the planning, design and management of delivery and performance across onsite acquisition, search and booking. Together with peers across digital acquisition, post booking, retention and loyalty you will have collective responsibility for delivery of the Aer Lingus digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring best in class guest experience and commercial performance.

Supported by digital teams across UX research, product design, content, conversion and analytics the Product Owner (Booking) will deliver a programme of work that includes:
Translation of the digital vision into tailored deliverables, ensuring rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing a product backlog
Direct responsibility for voice of guest and digital product and ancillary KPI performance and growth across the search and booking process on aerlingus.com and mobile apps
Focus on business impact and actionable recommendations informed by high quality data analysis and metrics, incorporating a guest centric, omni-channel approach and end to end delivery
Collaboration, alignment and delivery of the Aer Lingus digital and personalisation strategy ensuring class leading performance
Providing key business direction and decision making, ensuring the entire team understands the vision, priority and key objectives
Playing a lead role in managing daily scrum, sprint planning and reviews to ensure effort reflects backlog prioritisation and digital strategy alignment
Being a core part of the Aer Lingus digital transformation program
Your qualifications & key criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Business, UX or Technology related field and/or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of consumer facing product management experience in web, mobile web and mobile app.
Strong program management skills, B2C experience, and demonstrated ability to synthesise data in a high traffic/revenue environment
Excellent leadership and delegation skills; influencing and managing activities as part of a cross functional areas to plan and execute effective delivery
In-depth understanding of product lifecycle and delivery, preferably at an enterprise level
Solid knowledge of agile design and development methodologies
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
Eligible to live and work in the EU
Current unrestricted worldwide passport
Be in possession or be able to obtain an airside security pass
Able to pass a five year security background check
*If you are a non Irish Citizen, you will need to be in possession of a current police disclosure certificate from your home country. If you have lived outside the Republic of Ireland for more than 6 months you will also be required to hold a current police disclosure certificate from that country/countries
