In Aer Lingus we want our passengers to experience a high standard of cleanliness every time they fly. Our M&E Quality Quest Team work quickly and diligently to ensure that this standard is delivered on a consistent basis.
Applications are currently being invited for the role of a full time M&E Quality Quest (Team Member A) based within the Maintenance and Engineering Department in Hangar 6, Dublin Airport.
The work is physically demanding and involves working as part of a team to clean aircraft cabins, galleys, toilets and on occasion, exteriors, to tight deadlines whilst adhering to strict health, safety and security standards.
The role consists of a night shift which gives seven days per week coverage with reduced cover through the weekends. The roster covers a 12 week cycle which consists of a 4 on/4 off for the first 8 weeks and then 4 weeks of Monday to Thursday.

Your qualifications & key criteria:
Hold a current full clean driving licence
Flexibility and adaptability with a positive attitude to change
Proven capability of using own initiative while participating as a team player
Good communication skills – both spoken and written
A high level of attention to detail with a keen awareness of the guest experience
Highly motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines while producing high quality work
Conscious of the security and health & safety requirements of the role
Eligible to live and work in the EU without restriction
Willing and able to work night shift duties on a 7 day a week operation. You may be asked to undergo a medical examination to assess your suitability to work permanently on night duties.
Be physically fit
Current unrestricted worldwide passport
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Be in possession or be able to obtain an airside pass
*If you are a non Irish Citizen, you will need to be in possession of a current police disclosure certificate from your home country. If you have lived outside the Republic of Ireland for more than 6 months you will also be required to hold a current police disclosure certificate from that country/countries
